Geothermal energy is the heat stored in the accessible part of the Earth's crust.

“Wärme der Erde” (Earth’s Heat) is a fictional customer magazine published by Erdwärme GmbH, a leading company in the field of geothermal energy. In its magazine, the company reports on various topics related to volcanism, beginning with a general introduction to the subject in the first issue. Subsequent issues deal with more specific aspects of volcanism.

The colors of the corporate identity determine the color scheme of the magazine.

The table of contents is located at the beginning of the magazine. Each section is separated by a colored bar. Within the sections, the topics are divided into headings and subheadings with bullet points.

The editorial is also located on the table of contents page.

Within the magazine, the sections are introduced with a large double-page spread.

The magazine’s content is divided into two columns on the page. For structural purposes, there are not only text headings but also small subheadings.

Images break up the text blocks and visually support the content.

A graphic element at the bottom reflects the company logo.

An imprint, information about the team, and a brief overview of the project conclude the magazine.

Geothermal energy is considered a key technology for the heat transition in Germany.
